A: We are the Susheng Bicycle Factory, located on Huizhan Street in Pingxiang County, Xingtai City, Hebei Province. Our state-of-the-art production facility spans 12,000 square metres and we have a long-standing partnership with the Feige and Yongjiu brands as a contract manufacturer. The factory has an annual production capacity of 600,000 bicycles and features a fully integrated production line covering everything from painting and parts assembly to packaging and dispatch, ensuring efficient delivery. The factory specialises in contract manufacturing for the export market and welcomes overseas clients to visit and inspect our facilities.

Q2.Could you please provide details of your experience and certifications in the field of contract manufacturing?

 A: We have a long-standing presence in the bicycle industry, having provided contract manufacturing services to over 50 clients in more than 20 countries. This has enabled us to accumulate extensive experience in production and quality control. Our factory is certified to ISO 9001, the international standard for quality management, which means that our products meet the highest global standards and provide a reliable guarantee for our partnerships.

Q3. What customisation services do you offer?

A: We support end-to-end OEM/ODM customisation, including the following:

- customisation of frame materials (e.g. high-carbon steel, 6061 aluminium alloy and magnesium alloy);

- colour and paintwork design (including Pantone colour matching);

- personalised component configuration (e.g. drivetrain, braking system, suspension and tyres);

- customisation of brand logos and packaging.

Q4. Could you please clarify what the minimum order quantity (MOQ) is?

 A: Our minimum order quantity is flexible and is determined through consultation based on the complexity of the product and the order volume. The minimum order quantity (MOQ) for standard models is 50 units, while for complex customised models it is 200 units. We invite our valued customers to contact us for a detailed quotation.

Q5.What types of adult bicycles do you manufacture?

We manufacture a wide range of adult bicycles, including hardtail bikes, full-suspension bikes, children’s bikes and fat bikes. We can also customise various models to suit the conditions of Southeast Asia, humid and hot climates, or the cold climate of Russia. Specific specifications can be adjusted according to the target market and customer requirements.

Q6. Quality Control and Delivery Lead Times Q5: How do you ensure product quality?

 A: We implement a comprehensive quality control system, with the specific process outlined below:

1. Incoming raw material inspection: Strict screening of raw materials supplied by vendors

2. In-process inspections: At key production stages , random spot checks are carried out.

3. All finished products undergo 100% inspection to ensure compliance

4. Pre-shipment sampling: A second random quality inspection is conducted based on a percentage of the order to ensure compliance with customer requirements

5. We are committed to transparency and welcome customers to inspect our factory and goods to ensure they understand how we operate.

Q7. What is the lead time?

 A: The lead time depends on the order quantity:

- Standard styles: Delivery within 30 days of sample approval

- Customised styles: To be agreed upon based on product complexity, with a maximum lead time of 40 days

- We support partial shipments; specific arrangements are subject to consultation.

Q8. How do we begin the collaboration process? What is the specific process?

A: The collaboration process is straightforward and efficient. It is as follows:

6. After-sales support: We provide a one-year warranty and promptly address any quality issues.

7. We provide English-language installation videos.

8. We dispatch replacement parts within 48 hours.
